Return
Please email contact@mvtgroup.net to obtain a return request. If an item is
defective, please take a photo of the defective product and send us an email.
Return and any damage must be let our customer service know in 5 business days
(The day after received the package). No credit will be issued on items returned after
that permitted time. We kindly ask customers to check for any damages as soon as
you receive any shipment and contact us for any concerns.
All the return items must be in their original bag together with order copy paper in or
outside the return box. if not, 10% restocking fee will be applied.
We won't refund shipping cost.
